Step 2: Confidential Assessement
Once you contact us, our admissions team will conduct a confidential assessment to better understand your situation. This assessment helps us gather important information about your substance abuse history, any co-occurring mental health conditions, and other relevant factors. The assessment is conducted in a non-judgmental and supportive manner, ensuring your privacy and dignity.
Step 3: Verification of Insurance or Financial Arrangements
At this time, we only accept Medicaid as payment for services. If applicable, our team will guide you through this process, assisting with the necessary paperwork and communicating with Medicaid if necessary.
Step 4: Pre-Admission Preparation
Before your admission, our admissions team will guide you through the necessary preparations. This may include providing you with a list of items to bring, explaining the treatment facility’s rules and regulations, and answering any questions you may have about the process.
Step 5: Admission
On the day of your admission, you will be welcomed by our caring staff. They will help you settle into your new environment and familiarize you with the treatment facility. Our medical professionals will conduct a thorough assessment to ensure your safety and well-being.
Step 6: Treatment Plan Development
Based on the information gathered during the assessment, our clinical team will collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. This plan will outline the recommended level of care, the duration of treatment, and the specific therapies and interventions that will be most beneficial for your recovery.
Step 7: Treatment Commencement
Once admitted, you will begin your treatment program as outlined in your personalized treatment plan. This may include a combination of individual counseling, group therapy, and other evidence-based interventions. Our experienced and compassionate staff will be there to support you every step of the way.
